This is my fudge that I made- the presenation wasn't that good
but it tasted so good

These are the beatiful cookies that everybody else made,
(someone even made chocolate covered bacon)
On Thursday night I was invited to a cookie exchange that some of the women in the ward were doing. I was so excited to go and get to know and hopefully make a friend. So I wanted to bring a great Christmas treat and one that I look forward to every Christmas. I made my moms Fudge. I made it that morning thinking that it would be ready. Well my mom usually uses a mixer (like a kitchen aid mixer) when making it. I did it by hand ( I would not recommend doing that). Then I poured it in a pan and stuck it in the fridge. Then right before it was time to go I cut into pieces, Kyle told make them small but I made them the size of brownies-I should of listen to Kyle. What I should of done is got little baking cups and had them divided up easier to get and a better presentation - but I didn't. So as the cookies and fudge sat on the table in a warm house, the fudge kind of melted and didn't look that good and wasn't easy to get off the pan, so not that many people took the fudge. Which was sad because it tasted awesome!! I guess I should of made cookies. I had fun and met a lot of nice women. If you want to try this AWESOME fudge the recipe is below.
Christmas Fudge
4 lbs. of powder sugar
1 cup of coca
1 lb velveeta cheese
1 lb butter
1 tsp vanilla
walnuts (optional)
Melt butter and cheese in a bowl in the microwave, stir with a whisk every 30 seconds. Powder sugar and coca in the bottom of a large bowl, then pour the cheese mixture on top, stir until smooth. Then stir in nuts if you want them in there. Pour into a pan. Then refrigerate to make firm.
