Peninsula Winter Games

After a couple months of being stuck in your house for a couple months, Peninsula has come up with the Peninsula Winter Games. Lots of hockey games and then activities for the kids to do. There was supposed to outside activities too, but it was TOO cold to be outside that long without getting frost bite, so they cancelled that part.

Kelsie, Jaron, and Kallie with the mascot of the games.
Karlee had to use the bathroom right before we met up with him. It was probably a good thing because I think she might of freaked when he came around. I also think that his head piece might be tilted up to high, looks like he is looking at the sky.
When we first got there they gave us free backpacks with gloves and coupons in  it.  It was at a hockey rink, on the upper level there were things that the kids could. All the kids drew a first and glued it on the ocean wall. The picture is of Jaron and Kallie making theirs.
They were able to frost and decorate a sugar cookie and then enjoy them.
They offered a free lunch for the kids of chips and corn dogs.
Kelsie really enjoying her corn dog.
Each kid was able to paint a tile.
Karlee chose to paint hers all the colors - which ended up gray.
Kallie made hers a rainbow,  Kelsie's was all of hearts, and Jaron  painted a polar bear with the mountains in the background.

The had a lot of fun doing all the activities.
